Classroom/Office COMPUTER LOGIN
To login to the classroom or office computers, do the following:
· On your keyboard tap the backspace key or double-click the mouse
· Click on Other user
· Type your username (Same as DOE ID only)
· Type your password
· Then press Enter
· **For first time user only, the computer will asked you to change your password to your own personal one:
o First type your old password given to you by the technician
o Second type your own unique password
o Third re-type the same unique password
o Then press enter
Please do not share your login credentials to students. We have discovered that students used the teachers account in the past to bypass the restrictions on theirs.
Any desktops and documents files saved in your account will be accessible in any computers that you login into throughout the building.
*Teachers can only login to the Instructional rooms computers. Office's staff will only be able to login to the office computers. If you need to login to a different computer click here to submit a request.
Also there will be “Departmental Shared Drives” for teachers to share documents/folders among your colleague, internally only (not from home). Any additional “Shared Drives” will be created as requested. These Drives are located by clicking on This PC.
Also per request only Shared Drives can also be created and accessible by your individually students to share classrooms assignments and reading materials.

ChromeBooks Login
To login to the ChromeBooks, do the following:
· Click on Add person
· Type your username (full DOE email)
· Type your password (Same your email/outlook)
· Confirm your MFA security code if ask
· Done! All of your Google items will be available to access right away.
Teacher's Laptops (doe login)
If you receive an updated laptop during the 2022-2023 school year & beyond, you will need to login with your nycdoe credentials. This is the same exact credentials that you used to access your outlook email. All of your data will be synced via your OneDrive (from computer to the online account). Reminder your password will expire every 90 days.
To login to your new laptop, do the following:
· On your keyboard tap the backspace key or double-click the mouse
· Click on Other user
· Type your username (Full DOE email)
· Type your password (same as DOE email)
· Then press Enter
Teacher's laptops (old Local account)
If you receive your laptop prior to the 2022-2023 school year and forgot the password or need it reset, please click here to submit a ticket for assistance.
Additionally if you're using username teacher to login to your laptop, your system is outdated and need to upgrade as soon as possible. Please see a member from our IT team to schedule an upgrade or to replace your device.
